Good luck to all riders heading to Port!

The Australian National Titles would have to be one of the greatest coming together of bodyboarding in the world. Riders of all ages, from all corners of the island converging for fun in and out of the water. Over the years the Central Coast and NCCB have had some great results. This year, the NSW team are headed to Port Macquarie. From NCCB Scott Kitchen and Ryley Hoile are representing NCCB.

Over the years the Nationals have been held right the country. From Ben Holland ripping dreamy Ballina North Wall, to tiny D'Bah, with one Chris Heighington getting a 2nd to Brad Hughes, while Greg Arnold took a National Title back to the coast, and Shaun Petersen rode in the juniors.

More recently, there was a week of solid Redhead with Steve Casson making the Men's final. The year in south west WA saw Avoca's Blake Copeland take out the Open division.

Everyone who made it across to Yorke Peninsula was rewarded with stunning surf and memories to last a lifetime. NCCB had their largest team selected ever. Jarred Gibson, Allan Ives, Klimo, Grant, Dean, Sarah Kirk and more taking the bus to South Oz. That year, Klimo took out DK over Bullet, with Grant Molony 4th, while Dean Callaghan took 5th in the country.

Good luck to all riders heading to Port!
